From the moment we got in touch with Paul, it was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his trade and getting the right diamond and ring for my fiancée. Paul carefully listened to our ‘wish list’ and understood what was important to us - his delivery of those needs was met and more.

The experience was very much a collaboration and Paul always took care to ensure that we were happy with how the choice of diamond and the ring design was progressing. Paul’s ability to communicate his knowledge clearly and in ordinary English left us feeling able to make an informed decisions, and we always felt able to pause and consider how best to proceed with the options available.

Paul was always happy to address any queries that we had raised and the manner of his engagements with us always left us feeling more enlightened and confident that we had approached the right place/person to source our diamond and to design and deliver the perfect ring.

I am not normally one to take the time write reviews but I genuinely could not thank Paul enough in person or during our follow-up messages for the truly beautiful diamond ring sourced and designed for my also truly beautiful fiancée - once again, thank you Paul.
