We went to Harper Tait to look for engagement ring and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Their customer service is by far the best we experienced. Paul really took the time to get to know us and our story. We felt really welcomed and in good hands from the moment we walked in. He is super knowledgable and passionate and made the whole experience enjoyable. He talked us through design options, ring settings and diamonds & was respectful in sticking within budget and advising us in the whole process. He wasn’t pushy at all and patiently helped us to source the perfect diamond.

We would recommend Harper Tait to anyone looking for excellent service, quality and craftsmanship.

From the moment we got in touch with Paul, it was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his trade and getting the right diamond and ring for my fiancée. Paul carefully listened to our ‘wish list’ and understood what was important to us - his delivery of those needs was met and more.

The experience was very much a collaboration and Paul always took care to ensure that we were happy with how the choice of diamond and the ring design was progressing. Paul’s ability to communicate his knowledge clearly and in ordinary English left us feeling able to make an informed decisions, and we always felt able to pause and consider how best to proceed with the options available.

I was looking to purchase an engagement ring and after my first meet with Paul I knew he was 100% the right person to buy from.

From having little knowledge, Paul went through everything I needed to know and gave me all the information I needed to buy the perfect ring.

He was never pushy for a sale and when designing the ring helped to choose the perfect diamond which even came in under budget!

I needed a quicker turnaround and Paul managed to have it ready in time and the quality of ring was even better than expected.

I will 100% be returning to Paul and recommend him to anyone - genuine, friendly and knowledgeable guy!
